Volunteers
When you volunteer with us, you help women and children access learning, health, safety, and pathways to work. Whether you have one hour a week or one day a month, there’s a role for you—and training to make it easy.
What you can do
Volunteers in AWACENIA help women and children access learning, health, safety and pathways to work—tutoring in hubs, mentoring girls, supporting market days, assembling dignity packs, sharing GBV and legal-identity information, creating content, tracking data, and offering pro bono skills so communities can learn, earn, and thrive.
Who can apply
Age 18+ (under-18s may join with a guardian in specific roles) Aligns with our values of dignity, inclusion, and safety Willing to complete safeguarding training and follow our policies For mentoring: women with 2+ years study/work experience preferred
