Health & Wellness
Mental Health & Wellness clubs
Our Mental Health & Wellness Clubs create safe, stigma-free spaces where women and young people build emotional resilience and practical coping skills. Led by trained facilitators, sessions blend psychoeducation (stress, anxiety, grief), CBT-informed tools (thought diaries, problem-solving), mindfulness and breathing exercises, peer support circles, and creative activities like journalling and sport for wellbeing.
Menstrual Health & Hygiene
Our Menstrual Health & Hygiene programme ensures girls and women can manage their periods with dignity, safety, and confidence. We provide comprehensive education on menstrual cycles and hygiene, distribute reusable pads and hygiene packs, and train participants in safe use, washing, and disposal.
Nutrition programmes
Our Nutrition Programmes help women and children access and enjoy nutritious, affordable food every day. We combine school/community gardens, locally sourced feeding support, and practical cooking demos with education on balanced meals, infant and young child feeding, and micronutrients (iron, vitamin A).
